Antique Mandolin Guitar Harp - The Home Education Co, Concord, NC w/ Sheet Music.
This is a student model mandolin guitar-harp (zither) from the Home Education Company.  I don't have an exact date for this one but they're generally between 1894 and 1904.  The gold motif design looks really good.
This will be a project piece for sure.  It's NOT in good shape.  Rust on the tuning pegs.  Some of the wood pieces have separated.  It was probably stored with the strings at full tension.  But I do think it could be cleaned up and restored.  Or just makes a cool old decor piece too.
Includes the tuning key and a stack of sheet music that came with it.  Does not include the string hammer.

The box is not original but is also vintage as it has a mailing label from May and Co from 1959 on it.  Who doesn't want a vintage cardboard box?  (If you don't want the box just let me know.  Either way it will be shipped in a stronger outer box.)
