I have 1/4in. x 7/32in. and 1/4 in x 9/32 in. in my listings which work better on 15 chords.
These are ready to cut and adhere straight to your bars for fresh, clear chords.  The length of felt needed for most chord bars is around 10 inches.  That's 210 inches.  This is 240 enough for a 21 chord and some to spare in case you make a mistake.  Oscar Schmidt suggested retail is .90 / ft
