If you've ever needed to search a lost mine for gold, an Egyptian tomb for a mummy, rescue Timmy from a well (if that dog would hush), this would be the flashlight for you!
Seriously though, this lantern oozes nostalgia, rugged good looks, functionality and American quality in manufacturing. Made decades ago, this thing still looks great and the inside is like new. The chrome is all great, the paint is very shiny with normal wear but not excessive. The light works great. Just sitting this thing up on the shelf would make a room look more cool AND provide excellent emergency light if needed. There are more than a few of these for sale, but this one catches your eye right away.
