Amazing Find!  A survivor, indeed!
Here is an original 1962 MGM Press Book for the Brigitte Bardot Movie, "A Very Private Affair."  It measures 17" x 12 1/4" and is black and white.  There is a special paper insert inside as seen in the pictures.  There are no rips, tears, or cuts.  The Press Book has 9 pages. On the back it is stamped in ink with "62-182" which obviously has some meaning, but I am not sure what.  Obviously, the "62" refers to the movie year, but I don't know what the "182" represents.
I took many pictures so that you can see exactly what you are getting.  The pictures were taken inside and a few have glare from the overhead lights, sorry.
