Cosmetically, there will be the normal rubs, scratches & wear associated with household use. There is an oval indentation on one shelf and a small nib in the wood under the first fixed shelf. This piece has been carefully maintained over the years but it is not new.

Local pick up. The buyer or their shipper picks up in Sargent, Nebraska 68874. Buyer pays their shipper for preparing, packing and shipping if they are unable to pick up.
