A note that was last offered at our third auction in January 1992. This Series 10 example bumps up the census in Track & Price to
just 19
serial numbers. It resides in a comment free third party holder. We see that it has white paper and dark inks. Another important trait is that it is fully framed. You can turn to page 67 of the Chambliss-Hessler reference and see that it is a plate note, too.
