I purchased these 24 foot Ore Hoppers FR cars from Uncle Will maybe12-13 years ago. I had just become interested in Z scale and in those days, I was buying pretty much buying anything he had. Now a age 72, I have way too much and am getting rid of things my daughters won’t know what to do with.
The cars are mint – never taken out of the box to the best of my memory. The only other FR hopper of this size that I am aware of is the Green Bay & Western .
