    Description

    This is a genuine USGI
    poncho liner made by Winston Salem Industries for the Blind in North Carolina under US Government contract
    . They are BRAND NEW surplus.   This is one of the most recent issued poncho liners.  It is has vertical stitching rather than the old style fishtail stitching.  The zipper allows you to either lay it out completely to use as poncho liner, or ground cover, or you can zip up as an improvised sleeping bag.  One of the most versatile items you can put in your kit. The outside is USMC digital woodland marpat camo, the inside inside Coyote brown.
