Panasonic Emergency Light Flashlight Does work Vintage light

For sale is a vintage "
PANASONIC EMERGENCY LIGHT
" flashlight with hanging bracket.  Tested and does work- no batteries are included- takes 2 D cell.  Has some scuffs, scrapes, dirty spots.  The bracket is about 9 3/4" long and 1 7/8" wide.  Has a sticker on top with "
THE RIGHT ATTITUDE 3M
".  Bracket top instructions of "
REMOVE- LIGHT GOES ON  REPLACE- LIGHT GOES OFF
".  Prongs in the middle are intact and really only holds the light securely when batteries are installed.  The flashlight is about 6 5/8" long and blue and chrome colors.  Back cover unscrews for battery installation.  There is a reflective type strip of tape on one side.  Unsure of the age.
