RM Malerne Paris Bb Silver Throated Clarinet. Made In France, Playable.

Description

This is a vintage, clean, playable R.M. Malerne Paris Bb Clarinet. It is most likely hard rubber, or possibly some type of composite. The upper joint is lined with a nickel silver-like metal which I believe is usually described as silver throated. It is in a very nice compartmentalized case and includes a couple of new reeds, swab, lyre, Woodwind mouthpiece, and cork grease. Pads are mixed from very good to a few that should be replaced soon. It is playable as is to play along with your kids or grandkids at home, but should be serviced for performance. If I were giving it to one of my grandkids, I'd have it repadded.
