Description
In a heated situation you need to access mission-critical information fast, lives depend upon it. This notebook cover system allows you to customize to your own mission requirements. There are many detachable cover options to choose from to make this the most compact, portable and functional information center you will ever own!
Fits up to a standard sized notepad (8.5" x 11") . Also will take a 9" x 6" steno pad. The Vinyl Map Protector (available as an optional add-on) also fits very nicely in this case and will keep your maps and documents clean and dry!
On the outside back you'll find a Storage Compartment with Velcro Flap Closure AND Zippered Map Compartment...unzip to reveal a Map Case with clear view vinyl top and Cordura backing (holds map size 10 1/2" x 16 1/2"). Includes an elasticized pen holder.
Two front organizer pockets have a total of 24 elastic loops for securing pens/markers in addition to a large open pocket for bulky items like cell phones, small tools, instruments etc.
There is over 160 square inches of Velcro real estate on the inside and outside of this cover to allow for add-on customization and your own personal setup!
Bottom front pocket flap has a see-thru mesh pocket for the storage of cell phone, keys etc.
Top front pocket flap has a 3.5" x 8.5" Velcro patch for nametapes, rank and unit patches. It also contains a zippered pocket for the storage of USB's, tools, mission tools etc.
9.5" deep pocket on the inside left for placement of a large notepad. (8.5" wide opening).
Cover is padded for protection of contents.

I have had a couple of customers refer to this case as a "Junior General Kit" because it allowed them to access maps, mission notes and so on in a very organized fashion and therefore appear that they were the commander. This case is designed to use regular standard sized paper. After you've been using this case for a while you'll wonder how you ever got along without it!
