This chilling 24-page pressbook measures 12" by 17" and is 100% intact with no cuts.  Overall condition is Fine with moderate wear, one center fold, plus the back cover has detached from the spine, but considering its near 60 year vintage, it's outstanding.
Pressbooks were created by the studios and given to exhibitors to convince them to run the film, and to offer suggestions for ways to bring in big crowds. They typically contain cast and crew information, a film synopsis, key and alternate advertising art, press reviews (as well as stories to plant in local newspapers), opportunities to order ad material, and outlandish ideas on ways for theater owners to bring in crowds, including street ballyhoo, tie-ins with local merchants, ideas for special theater displays and events, and much more.
