Item is visually graded;
Poster is in good shape,
There are lightly creased sides to the poster, a small hole to the center crease fold near the top, a crease line right above the crease fold line that is going across & sort of crooked, a number written on the back that shows through to the front, light wrinkle lines all around when you look close, in the bottom half another crease line sort of crooked going above the crease fold line, along the bottom some edge wear you will notice,
Overall the poster seems good with pretty minimal wear to it, there isn't anything that seems seriously bad,
On the back stamped The Heart Is A Lonely Hunter 1 SH.  68 / 257 , number 16 written above this,
Lobby cards are in good shape,
3 of the cards are stapled together, along the border near the top on all 3 of them is what looks like the outline of staple holes & staple creases where staples were at, a couple of sides that are lightly creased, light surface marks when you look close, the 2nd photo in the stapled group has a tear that was taped but the tear line still shows,
Overall the photos are still good, they have wear you'll see, but there does not seem to be anything truly terrible, for their age they are good vintage photos,
