The fabric is 1000 denier nylon that is coated with 1 oz. polyurethane to give water resistance and durability. The back flaps are made of neoprene with heavy duty Velcro straps. Top of the line in tactical elbow protection! Some scuffing and wear will be present but guaranteed no missing or broken straps or buckles!
