VINTAGE 1940s 50s OLD CHROME IDEAL POCKET PENLIGHT FLASH LIGHT

NO RESERVE ………………………………………………………………………………………………This auction is for a VINTAGE 1940s 50s OLD CHROME IDEAL POCKET PENLIGHT FLASH LIGHT.
I have never seen one of these, so I know nothing about them.
It measures approx. 5 1/2 inch long , and has a label on one side.
I can tell by the weight of it, there is no batteries in it.
I can't figure out how it opens, so I don't know what the inside looks like.
You can see in my photos, it needs cleaning and polishing.
I am selling it as is, as a FIXER, because I have no idea if it works.
