    Description

    For sale is a vintage 1962 Girl Scout cookie order form.  The form is from the Greater Cincinnati Girl Scout Council.  It says it was the 50th anniversary of the cookie sale.  The form is in great condition with slight yellowing due to the age of the paper.  It only has the name of the girl written on it.  What a neat piece of history!
