Vintage FRANCO metal flashlight Pocket Vest French Battery & Carbon Dry Cell

From my mother’s estate.
Stored for many decades.
The case does have scratches and signs of wear.  I have not
cleaned or polished the case.
Because of the reflections on the flashlight
case it looks like there are dents in the metal.  There aren't any dents.
A video is provided below showing the flashlight and battery.
Comes with the battery which is dead.
This flashlight is assumed to not work and is being sold as a collectors item - as is.
There is iPad and room reflection on the flashlight case.
