This is for a SANTIAGO COUNCIL CA SASH with 12 badges, Patches and Pins. It is in pretty good shape for its age. The SANTIAGO COUNCIL was in SANTA ANA CA. The SASH has 12 badges, Pins, and Patches on it. It is in nice shape for its age. The Hat is the Older Original one of that time. The Trefoil Logo is cut out. It is in fair shape with a few holes in the 100% wool. The Program is for the ANNUAL MEETING of March 1, 1965 and is a fold out. There is some discoloration the top inside. There is a sheet of the closing ceremony also.
