Vintage Table Lantern - 1930's Stesco Golf Nite Lite

Vintage Table Nite-Lite - 1930's Stesco Golf Lite. Made in England. Bakelite base, globe is a hard thick plastic, not glass. The golf club is metal. See last photo shows it does work, but not the way it should. Might not be real hard to get it to work. The weld has come a part to the brass strip. Solder that part back on, and should work like it should with the battery inside. Not sure if any thing is missing or not? The bottom lid is missing. Has a round piece of cardboard instead. I was told it takes a 3Lr12 battery. I'm using a 3 AAA adapter, and WILL include this with the light. Might need to adjust the brass pieces to get it to light up. I used it for display only.
Does show wear marks, no chips or cracks on the base or globe. Photos are part of the condition and description.
