This multi-purpose Poncho is made with 1.6 ounce polyurethane coated ripstop nylon to withstand numerous foul weather conditions.
Details: The Wet Weather Poncho is made to Military Specifications – specifically designed to cope with the harshest elements in the world. The 1.6 ounce polyurethane coated, ripstop nylon body (96″ X 66″) provides the ultimate in foul weather protection and numerous other applications: tent, body bag, cistern, floor covering, and sleeping bag cover. The poncho comes with an attached hood that is chemically sealed to ensure 100% waterproof integrity with waist and hood drawstrings – anything else is a copy. The poncho is usually carried on a soldier’s butt-pack or in one of the outer pockets of his/her rucksack. ORC Industries has been the sole source for Wet Weather Ponchos to the U.S. Armed Forces since 1982.
