    Description

    Signed limited edition no. 12 of 15 of a completely new autoharp like musical instrument used by the artist/seller in design development. Designed to be a beautiful sounding and easy to play functional instrument as well as to be hung on a wall as a unique, one of a kind, original piece of "musical folk art". Recommended for those with some playing experience.
    16 common guitar strings, mandolin & guitar tuners, 15 chord bars, C and G set-up, tuning g2 to f#4, string gauges 56w to 12p, externally mounted electric pick-up,

    Deep body and thin soundboard result in a resonate 6 string guitar like sound. Held upright, with chord bars pushed down at the end (similar to the old Oscar Schmidt 'Guitaro')
    , or on the lap as with a traditional autoharp, or slung with a strap over the shoulder like a guitar.

    15 chord bars
    set up to play in the keys of C and G. Moveable bridge facilitates play in the keys of D and A,  Eb and Bb, E and B, as well as F and C. Interchangeable chord guides are used to interpret the chords produced by the chord bars with the bridge in various playable key positions.
    The chords playable in the keys of C and G bridge position for example are: D7, G7, Gsus, D, Bm, G, Em, C, Am, F, Dm, Csus, Cj7. Includes 2 muting bars for playing in either of 2 keys diatonically.
    With the bridge in the keys of D and A position, the playable chords become: E7, A7, Asus, E, C#m, A, F#m, D, Bm, G, Em, Dsus and Dj7.
